Started

I want a "Full-Custom" Heelboard, how do I get started?

Once you have placed an order it will trigger the process. A representative will contact you to start gaining information about your design.

If you already have images, pictures, sketches, you can send them to info@topdownproducts.com, be sure to include your order number, and we can get a jumpstart on the process.

If you were unsure of the ability to create your design prior to ordering you can also reach out to us at info@topdownproducts.com to get our feedback on viability.

Once the design process starts you will be integral to the design process and working closely with the designer to establish the content for your custom heal board.

Prior to any fabrication you will be provided a computer rendering of the proposed design that would allow you to get a visual representation of what your heel board will look like. Once we receive your approval, the design is locked, and we move forward with the fabrication process.  

How long does it take to get a "Full-Custom" Heelboard?

Time is based on final approval of the design. We can spend as much time as needed in the design phase until you are happy with the design. Once the design is locked and we start the fabrication process, typical time will be around 6-8 Weeks. We strive for less, but there are aspect that we have to outsource and do not have control over lead times.

Product Fitment

I want Axle Covers for my Breakout, but I'm unsure what Kit I need?

No surprise here, Harley does not make it easy with model design changes.

Up to 2017

For model years “Up to 2017” the Front Kit would be our “Universal” Kit and the Rear Kit would be our special “Breakout” Kit due to the hollow axle configuration.

2018-Present

For model years 2018 to Present the Kit would be our “Hollow” Kit due to the hollow axle configuration and the Rear Kit would be our “Universal” Kit.

Shipping

How will my order ship?

For destination within the continental United States, we ship via FedEx. For destinations in Canada and Internationally, we ship USPS.

Can pickup my order if I am local?

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer in person pick-up. Our location in Prescott, AZ is only a manufacturing and distribution location and we do not have a retail center.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship around the world. You can get shipping cost during the checkout process.

Payment

I do not have a paypal account, can i use my credit or debit card without using paypal?

Yes! You will still be paying through PayPal as the transactional Point of Purchase, but you will have the option to use your Credit Card without a PayPal account.

How do I go about making payment?

You have a few options. You can make your purchase online and pay with your Credit Card or through a PayPal account (if you have one). You can also contact us and we will gladly process your order over the phone at +1 610-812-4089.
